Term & Condition

1. Promotion is valid from 28 July 2021 to 28 July 2022.
2. Payment must be made with a CIMB Credit Card issued in Singapore.
3. Customers are required to verify that they are Cardmembers of CIMB by presenting their CIMB Credit Card to Kanada-Ya staff before they proceed to make payment.
4. Kanada-Ya reserves the right to reject cards which have been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
5. Kanada-Ya reserves the right to forfeit the Privilege(s) if there is a reversal of transaction or any manifest error and to disallow any Privilege if there is perceived to be any manipulation of the promotion.
6. The Offer is not applicable in conjunction with or in addition to any other on-going promotion within the Promotion Period unless otherwise specified or informed by Kanada-Ya.
