TERMS & CONDITIONS

• • Free 3 months Unlimited Local Data Promotion is valid from 25 August 2018 till further notice, at all M1 Shops and Exclusive Distributors, unless otherwise stated.

• • Promotion is valid for new line sign-ups and re-contracts with Samsung Galaxy Note9 on 2-year smartphone plans:
    • Lite, Lite+, Reg, Reg+, Max, Max+
    • mySIM^e 40, mySIM^e 70, mySIM^e 90
    • ConnectSurf

• • Supplementary plans are not eligible for the free 3 months Unlimited Local Data promotion. For mobile lines with supplementary plan(s), the supplementary plan’s usage will be deducted from the main line’s plan bundle. Data usage by the supplementary plan(s) in excess of main line’s plan bundle will be charged at $10.70 per GB, capped at $188.32 per month.

• • Free 3 months Unlimited Local Data bundle is not applicable for Data Passport usage. For Data Passport subscribers, the Data Passport usage will be deducted from subscriber’s plan data bundle.

• • “Unlimited” data usage is restricted to reasonable personal use locally, and for non-commercial purposes only. Fair usage policy of 50GB local data applies. When monthly usage exceeds 50GB, speed limit of 1Mbps will be imposed. The speed limit will be lifted at 00:00 hours on your next billing cycle. For avoidance of doubt, our Traffic Management Policy available at m1.com.sg/tmp will apply.

• • Promotion is effective from the date of activation and will not offset any excess data charges incurred prior to the activation date.

• • Promotions are not transferable and are only valid on the new or re-contracting line.

• • Promotions strictly cannot be exchanged for cash and other items and are not valid with any other discounts, vouchers or promotions unless otherwise stated.

• All services are provided subject to M1 registration guidelines, General Terms and Conditions and other applicable specific terms and conditions available at m1.com.sg. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws. M1 reserves the right to vary any term or condition. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give customers advance notice (which may be through written notice, electronic mail, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes.
