Seeking for your dream flat from HDB? Good news because in the board’s latest exercise this May, there are 3,770 Build-To-Order (BTO) flats and 5,170 units under Sale of Balance Flats.
The locations under the BTO category include Senja Heights/Ridges/Valley in Bukit Panjang, EastCreek @ Canberra in Sembawang, Ang Mo Kio Court and Bedok North Woods. The 3,770 units comprise of 2-room Flexi, 3-, 4-, 5-room and 3Gen flats with prices from $74,000 to $408,000 before grants.
As for the 5,170 Sale of Balance Flats, they too include a range of 2-room Flexi, 3-, 4-, 5-room, 3Gen and Executive flats available in various mature and non-mature estates.
Apply for your choice town and flat category online by 30 May 2016. Successful applicants will be determined by a computer ballot, and not on a first-come, first-served basis.
