SAMSUI, the latest addition to the Soup Restaurant family, is a modern rendition of classic Cantonese cuisine enjoyed by the Samsui women in Singapore Chinatown.
Signature dishes are specially curated hand in hand by our group’s veteran chefs and their proteges to preserve and share SAMSUI’s culture with the younger generation.
Our speciality dishes include Samsui Seafood Bee Hoon, Samsui Ginger Chicken Roll, Green Apple Soup, Long Dun Fish series and array of dessert selection.
