1. All offers are valid for dine-in only and are not valid for takeaways, unless otherwise stated
2. All offers are not valid on eve of and on Public Holidays and special occasions and not valid in conjunction with other offers, discounts, privileges, promotions, sets or vouchers, unless otherwise stated
3. All 1-for-1, one-dines-free and complimentary item offers are strictly limited to one redemption per card, per table, per bill, unless otherwise stated
4. Complimentary item must be of equal or lesser value than the item purchased
5. All participating merchant’s outlets reserve the right to replace complimentary items with another item or similar value
6. Strictly no splitting of table or bill is allowed
7. All prices listed are in Singapore Dollar Currency, unless otherwise stated, and may be subject to prevailing government taxes and service charge where applicable
8. For offers with a minimum spend requirement, the minimum spend amount does not take intoaccount of taxes and fees, unless otherwise stated
9. Full payment must be made with a UOB Credit or Debit Card
10. All UOB Credit and Debit Cardmembers are eligible for UOB dining privileges at all participatingoutlets, unless otherwise stated
11. Prior reservation is recommended and subject to availability
12. All offers are not valid with accumulated receipts
13. Discounts, vouchers and privileges are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind, in full or in part
14. Images are for illustrative purposes and not representative of outlets, food and/or drinks served in restaurants
15. All offers are subject to the individual merchant’s terms and conditions
16. UOB Cardmembers are advised to check with the relevant merchant concerned
17.
