The Miyazaki Fair brings you the specialities from Miyazaki, Japan at Isetan Scotts Supermarket. From Chicken Nanban which is chicken fried in oil, dipped lightly in sugared vinegar and then finished off with a tartar sauce topping to the very popular Soft serve Ice Cream, there’s plenty of delicious food for you to try! Dun miss their daily demonstrations and sampling which will end at 8pm except for 21, 22, 28 and 29 August which will end at 9pm. Note that the fair will end at 7pm on 31 August.
