Orange is usually a symbol of Autumn, as it reflects on the colour of the leaves 🍁 and the colour of the pumpkin for Halloween.
From end September to October, we are teaching you how to prepare a full-course meal for Autumn.
Appetizer: Purple cabbage, celery & orange salad with citrus Kosho dressing
Soup: Cumin pumpkin soup
Entrée: Oven roasted pumpkin and Miso baked Kobujime salmon with fresh citrus Kosho
Dessert: Dark chocolate ganache with mini Tsukimi mochi & Fleur de Sel
