- Valid Tue – Sat at pre-allocated times available here. Not valid on eve of public holidays and public holidays.
- Valid for one-time use only.
- Valid to only pick one of the two food clay art workshop stated in package details.
- Not valid for offers / promotions / discounts.
- No extension on the redemption of voucher that is expired.
- 3 pax to start a class and minimum age requirement is 7 years old.
- All clay and materials are provided. Tools are on loan during workshop timing only. Additional materials are chargeable separately and payable directly to merchant.
- Customer gets to take home final creation.
- Surcharge of $10 per hour or part thereof applicable for any extension of workshop duration, payable directly to merchant.
- Any unutilised value will be forfeited and non-refundable.
Redemption instructions
- Reservation required.
- Booking subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.
- Visit website and click preferred date for registration, an email confirmation will be system-generated upon receipt of details.

- Name
- Date of reservation
- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)
- Age
- Preferred date and timing
- Present your Fave voucher at the outlet (it’s under the ‘Me’ tab in the Fave app).
- A one-time change is allowed once a seat reservation is confirmed.
- Rescheduling of appointments can be made via floraclay@gmail.com and must be done at least 7 days prior to original booking.
- Subsequent changes and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of Fave voucher.
- Seat reservations are first-come-first-served and are subjected to availability.
