Terms and conditions

• These Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with Sembcorp Power’s General Terms and Conditions (Homes & Businesses), applicable Price Plan Summary, and other applicable Promotion Terms and Conditions.
• The Promotion commences on 23rd October 2020 and ends on 31st December 2020, both days inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
• Only Citi credit card cardholders (excluding Corporate/Commercial Cards), who signed up for below electricity price plan (“Promo Price Plan”) with Sembcorp Power are eligible to participate in this Promotion (“Eligible Cardholder”). For avoidance of doubt, this promotion is not eligible for any renewal sign-ups.
• Under the Promotion, Eligible Cardholder will receive the below bill rebates (the “Rebate”) if he/she fulfills all the following:
  a. sign up for a Promo Price Plan with Sembcorp Power;
  b. inputs promo code during the sign-up process;
  c. charges to his/her Citi credit card the full amount of their Sembcorp electricity bill (including the security deposit); and
  d. is not a United States (“U.S.”) Citizen, U.S. Resident, or U.S. Green Card holder. A person is a “U.S. Resident” if he is present in the U.S. for more than 31 days in the current calendar year, and for an average of at least 183 days over the current calendar year and the preceding calendar years.
• The Rebate will be credited by Sembcorp Power and used to offset the electricity bill, excluding Security Deposit and all non-electricity usage related charges. If the electricity bill amounts to less than the value of the Rebate, the remaining value will be used to offset the subsequent electricity bill(s).
  – If any amount of the Rebate is not utilized by any Citibank Cardholder, upon the expiry or termination of the Promo Price Plan, such unutilized Rebate will be forfeited. The Rebate shall under no circumstances whatsoever be paid out in cash or in kind to any party.
• Sembcorp Power reserves the right to claw/claim back the full sum of Rebate given in cash from the Eligible Customer in the event that the Promo Price Plan is terminated before the contract duration ends for any reason that is no fault of Sembcorp Power.
• Save for existing credit card promotions, this Promotion is not valid with other promotions, special discounts, roadshow activations and MyRepublic stores, unless otherwise stated.
• Sembcorp referral program is applicable for this Promotion.
