- This voucher can be used from Monday to Sunday, including eve of public holidays and public holidays.
- This voucher is valid for redemption at Cathay Cineplexes self-kiosk counters, Cathay Cineplexes manned counters, Cathay Cineplexes website, and Cathay Cineplexes mobile app.
- No cancellation / refund upon purchase has been made.
- No extension on the redemption of the voucher that is expired.
- Standard booking fee applies for online redemption via Cathay Cineplexes website or Cathay Cineplexes mobile app.
- This voucher is not valid for redemption of 3D, Tamil, Hindi, Special-Priced, Movie Marathons, Film Festivals, Special Previews, and The Platinum Movie Suites tickets.
- This voucher is not exchangeable for cash in part or full.
- Movie ticket redeemed with this voucher cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- This voucher is not valid for redemption with other promotions and discounts at Cathay Cineplexes.

- For online booking:
- Step 1: Purchase Fave voucher
- Step 2: Swipe to redeem and reveal Fave Voucher Code
- Step 3: Click here for booking
- Step 4: Select Cinema, Movie, Day, and Time
- Step 5: Select Voucher and enter the Fave Voucher Code. 1 Code for 1 movie ticket, you may redeem up to five (5) tickets from Aug 10, 2021.
- Step 6: Select the desired seat and proceed accordingly. Please note that there will be a booking fee of $1.50 per transaction for online booking.
- Alternately, you may present your Fave voucher (it’s under the ‘Me’ tab in the Fave app) at the outlet’s self-ticketing kiosk to redeem the ticket.
