- Collection and delivery of baked mooncakes is from 1 August to 21 September 2021, and from 23 August to 21 September 2021 for snowskin mooncakes.
- Self-collection is available at the mooncake booth of Pan Pacific Singapore, located in the Hotel Lobby, from 11am to 8pm.
- The last date and time slot for self-collection and delivery is 21 September 2021, 3pm.
- Orders must be placed at least 3 days prior to collection date and orders placed after 5pm are considered as next day’s order.
- Items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
- Delivery charge of S$60nett per location is applicable or enjoy complimentary delivery to one location for orders above 50 boxes. Offers are not applicable for delivery charges.
