Promotion is valid from 21 May 2022 to 21 August 2022, midnight to midnight on Singapore Timing (UTC+08:00), and both days inclusive, or such earlier date once the Promotion is fully redeemed or otherwise as determined by M1 and DBS (“Promotion Period”)

*Additional S$100 off any Samsung Galaxy S22 Series 5G Promotion

1. Promotion is only valid for payment made with DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards.
2. Additional S$100 off any Samsung Galaxy S22 Series 5G with M1 Promotion is applicable for sign-ups with the new Samsung Galaxy S22 Series Handset on selected consumer plans with 2-year contract.
3. To enjoy this Promotion, customer must make full payment of the Handset with a valid DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Card and sign-up on a 2-year Contract with Device with M1.
4. Promotion will be awarded at point of sign-up. However, M1 reserves the right to claw back the S$100 (as applicable) and will charge such amount to customer’s bill in the event customer did not fulfil any criteria under this Promotion.
5. Promotion is limited to one redemption per new line sign-up, not transferable and only valid on the new line.

^DBS 24-months Instalment Payment Plan Promotion

1. Promotion is applicable to new line sign up or recontract on selected consumer plans with 2-year contract.
2. Valid with a minimum spend of S$800 on any handset purchases placed on 24-months DBS Instalment Payment using DBS/POSB Credit Cards.
3. Eligible customer will enjoy a one-time S$30 discount upon payment of the handset purchase price. The balance amount will be placed on DBS 24-months Instalment Payment Plan.
4. Promotion is limited to one (1) redemption per customer and subject to the first 60 redemptions.
5. Promotion is only valid at the point of purchase and shall be deemed forfeited if not redeemed at the point of purchase.
6. Promotion is only available at physical M1 Shops.

Other Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion is not valid for Corporate Individual (CORI) customers or customers whose mobile lines are registered under company’s name.
2. Offer cannot be used with other discounts, vouchers or promotions, unless otherwise stated. Any unutilised amount for this Promotion will not be refunded and cannot be used to offset any other promotions.
3. All services are subject to M1 registration guidelines, General Terms and Conditions and other applicable specific terms and conditions available at m1.com.sg. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws.

5. DBS and M1 reserves the right to vary any term or condition. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give customers advance notice (which may be through written notice, electronic mail, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes.
6. DBS shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability, or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the items and/or services provided by the merchant. Notwithstanding anything herein, DBS shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the items and/or services provided by the M1 whether by the customer or by any other person. All disputes about quality, merchantability, or the fitness of the item and/or services should be resolved directly with M1. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension of this Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against DBS for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
7. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
8. DBS’s and M1’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all customers.
