• The Promotion is available to all eligible cardholders of Standard Chartered Credit Cards issued in Singapore.
• The Promotion discount will be reflected at the payment page after entering a valid Standard Chartered Credit Card number for all platforms. Payment must be made with a Standard Chartered Credit Card to enjoy the Promotion.
• The Promotion is applicable for selected hotel bookings made through a dedicated URL: agoda.com/sc.
• This Promotion is only valid for hotels with the “Promo Eligible” tag on the property room types search results page.
• The Promotion is only valid for “Pay Now” option, not valid for “Pay at Hotel” option.
• The Promotion discount is applicable to hotel room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees and additional charges).
• The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• The Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, cashback sites, rewards, loyalty programmes, discounted items and fixed price items (unless otherwise specified).
• Participating cardholders are bound by the terms and conditions of Agoda and Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited (the “Bank”). All bookings through the Promotion landing page must be made in accordance with Agoda’s terms of use. Agoda does not guarantee uninterrupted services of the Promotion landing page.
• The Bank and/or Agoda can change the terms of conditions at any point of time. In case of dispute, the decision of Agoda shall be final.
• The Bank is not an agent of Agoda and makes no representation as to the quality of goods or services provided. Any dispute about quality or performance of the services is to be resolved directly with Agoda.
• Standard Chartered The Good Life® Programme General Terms and Conditions apply.
• In the event of any inconsistency between these Merchant’s Terms and Conditions and Standard Chartered The Good Life® Programme General Terms and Conditions, these Merchant’s Terms and Conditions shall prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency.
