If you live around Khatib or Yishun, there is a local dining promotion worth knowing about, especially if hotpot is one of those meals that always sounds better when shared with family or friends. Suki-Suki Hot Pot at HomeTeamNS Khatib is currently offering a special deal for residents in selected nearby postal districts, giving eligible diners a chance to enjoy their buffet at a reduced price.

The Suki-Suki Hot Pot Khatib Resident Special Offer is available to residents with postal codes beginning with 760xxx, 762xxx or 768xxx. Depending on which day they visit, eligible residents can enjoy either 30% off their total bill from Monday to Thursday or 20% off their total bill from Friday to Sunday.

The promotion is available all day, every day during the promotional period, and applies to both the Regular and Premium Buffet packages. That makes this more than just a weekday dining deal. Whether it is a casual weekday dinner, a family meal at the weekend or a gathering with friends, there is an opportunity to save as long as the eligibility requirements are met.

The promotion is running from now until 30 November 2026, so residents still have plenty of time to plan a visit. However, it is worth checking the promotion terms and eligibility before heading down, particularly if the group includes several diners and the bill could add up quickly.

A Local Resident Deal That Can Make Hotpot More Affordable

Hotpot is one of those meals that can easily turn into a longer dining session. Once the ingredients start arriving at the table and everyone gets into the rhythm of cooking, ordering and sharing, it becomes much more than simply grabbing a quick meal.

The good thing about this Suki-Suki Hot Pot promotion is that the discount is based on the total bill. For eligible Khatib and Yishun residents, that means the savings can become more noticeable when dining as a group, although the applicable terms should always be confirmed with the restaurant before ordering.

The weekday offer is particularly interesting. From Monday to Thursday, eligible residents can receive 30% off the total bill. For anyone who enjoys having a hotpot meal during the week, this could be a useful opportunity to enjoy the buffet without paying the usual full price.

For visits from Friday to Sunday, the discount changes to 20% off the total bill. While the saving is smaller than the weekday rate, it can still make a difference for families or groups who prefer to dine together over the weekend.

Buffet Options for Different Appetites

Another reason this promotion stands out is that it applies to both the Regular and Premium Buffet packages. This gives diners some flexibility when deciding which buffet option suits their appetite and preferences.

The advertised hotpot buffet starts from $23.90++ per person. With the resident discount available during the promotion period, eligible diners may be able to make their meal even more attractive in terms of value, depending on the buffet package selected and the applicable day.

Of course, the final amount will depend on the package chosen, applicable service charges and GST, as well as the restaurant’s prevailing terms. It is therefore sensible to check the final pricing and promotion conditions with Suki-Suki Hot Pot before settling the bill.

For hotpot fans, having both Regular and Premium options also means there is no need for every visit to be treated the same. A simple weekday meal could be kept to the Regular Buffet, while a special gathering might be a good excuse to explore the Premium option.

Why Should Khatib and Yishun Residents Go?

The biggest reason to consider this deal is simple: it is designed specifically for people living in the surrounding area.

Instead of travelling across Singapore just to find a hotpot promotion, eligible residents can take advantage of a deal available at HomeTeamNS Khatib. For people living in the qualifying postal districts, the location can make this a convenient choice for a meal with friends, family or neighbours.

It could also be a good opportunity to turn an ordinary weekday into a small treat. Since the 30% discount is available from Monday to Thursday, residents who have flexible schedules may want to consider visiting during those days to enjoy the higher discount.

Weekends are covered too, with 20% off from Friday through Sunday. This makes the promotion easier to fit around different schedules. Families who are busy during the week, for example, can still enjoy the resident offer when everyone is available.

Another advantage of hotpot is the social aspect. Everyone can sit around the table, cook ingredients according to their own preference and enjoy the meal at their own pace. It is particularly suitable for groups where everyone wants something slightly different because the shared format gives diners plenty of choices.

A Good Excuse to Gather the Family

For families living around Khatib and Yishun, this could be a useful promotion to keep in mind when planning a meal out.

Rather than waiting for a birthday or special occasion, the discount gives residents a reason to get together for a casual buffet. Parents can bring the family, friends can organise a dinner, or neighbours can meet up for a meal without needing to travel too far.

It is also the kind of promotion that may encourage repeat visits during the promotional period. Since the offer runs until 30 November 2026, eligible residents do not necessarily have to use it just once. They can consider returning on another occasion, provided the promotion remains available and they continue to meet the stated requirements.

Those planning to visit should remember that the offer is specifically tied to qualifying postal codes. Bring whatever proof of residential eligibility the restaurant requires and check the promotion conditions before dining to avoid disappointment.

Plan a Visit Before November Ends

With the promotion running until 30 November 2026, there is still time to plan a visit to Suki-Suki Hot Pot at HomeTeamNS Khatib.

If the group can visit between Monday and Thursday, the 30% total bill discount makes those days particularly worth considering for eligible residents. For Friday through Sunday, the 20% discount provides another opportunity to save while enjoying a hotpot buffet.

At a starting price of $23.90++ per person before the applicable resident discount, Suki-Suki Hot Pot could be an appealing option for anyone in the qualifying Khatib and Yishun postal areas looking for a hearty meal that can be enjoyed with others.

Ultimately, the attraction of this promotion is its simplicity. Eligible residents can choose between the Regular and Premium Buffet packages, pick a convenient day to visit and enjoy a discount on the total bill. For local residents who already enjoy hotpot, it is certainly a promotion worth keeping on the radar.

So, if the postal code starts with 760xxx, 762xxx or 768xxx, this may be a good time to round up the family or a few friends and make plans for a hotpot meal at Suki-Suki Hot Pot @ HomeTeamNS Khatib. The promotion is only available until 30 November 2026, so there is a limited window to make use of the resident savings.

Before visiting, diners should check the latest promotion terms directly with Suki-Suki Hot Pot, including eligibility requirements, buffet availability and any conditions that may apply to the discount.
