Who are the eligible customers for FREE items? –
Eligible customers are registered customers with us who have spent a min. of $200 in our stores within the last 12 months (from 30th May 2018). Kindly verify via email, DM on FB or with store staff during the event.
Who are entitled to the $50/50% OFF Deals?-
Any customer who is registered with us is entitled to the deals. (Anyone who has made a purchase and signed up with our loyalty program)
How many FREE items are available? –
With 200+ items to choose from, these FREE items consists of those that are in mint condition and pieces which are special in its own way, making them one-of-a-kind ;)
What are the FREE items available? –
Our FREE items consists of those that are in mint condition and those that are fit-for-use but not fit-for-sale. E.g. naturally faded candles, uniquely-shaped candles, wickless candles, scratched candle warmers, chipped accessories and candles with no labels.
How do we register for this event? –
No registration is required as this event is on a first come, first serve basis.
Can I reserve the FREE items or the special deal items? –
Please note that items are only given/sold on a first-come-first-serve basis. No reservation is allowed.
Where do I go if I’m early on that day? –
The store team will give directions on how you can queue up on the event day.
