Enjoyed during Christmas in Europe, it is a buttery, citrusy, fluffy traditional bread with rum soaked raisins & candied orange bits. Our bakers have specially prepared and made this from scratch.
It requires a 2 days process of fermentation, proofing and mixing to develop its flavour. Unlike the packed ones from the supermarket, it is freshly made and delectable.
