TungLok Heen helmed by Celebrity Chef Susur Lee has launched the 6-course Deluxe Menu exclusive to Citi x TungLokFirst Members, available from now till 31 Dec 2020. The menu features luxurious ingredients such as crab meat, kurobuta pork, lobster, caviar, sea cucumber, abalone and more.
1st Course
Trio Amuse-bouche
- Baked Crab Tart with Cheese and Bechamel Sauce. Smooth and Creamy tart filled with generous crab meat.
- Honey-glazed Kurobuta Pork. Crispy, Juicy and Tender.
- Lobster Salad with Caviar. Beautifully presented salad with fresh lobster topped with caviar.
2nd Course

3rd Course

4th Course
- Char-grilled Mangrove Forest King Prawn. Perfectly charred while still retaining its freshness.
5th Course
- Braised Abalone accompanied with Braised ‘Mee Sua’ with Scallion Oil. The Mee Sua, tossed with aromatic scallion oil, topped with not 1 but 2 braised abalones, is packed with flavour.
6th Course
- Pumpkin Custard topped with Caramel, Crispy Purple Rice and Coconut Sherbet. Perfect ending with a well-balanced creamy and crunchy texture.
