Merchant’s Terms and Conditions:

• Discount is applied on checkout with an eligible Standard Chartered Credit and/or Debit Mastercard
• The Promotion discount will only be displayed on the booking form after entering payment details of an eligible Mastercard card number.
• The Promotion is only applicable to the reservation of selected and designated merchant properties in certain destinations, made through a dedicated Promotion landing page only at the following URL: www.agoda.com/mastercardsg.
• Agoda reserves the right to launch selected and temporary “tactical offers” at higher discount levels for selected countries.
• The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Agoda. In case of dispute, the decision of Mastercard and/or Agoda shall be final.
• This Promotion is only valid for hotels that have the “Promotion Eligible” banner on the search results page and “Pre paid”, “Pay now” and “Book Now, Pay later” room types only. Rooms that have the “Pay at the Hotel” flag do not qualify for the promotion.
• The Promotion discount is applicable to accommodation room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees, extra charges, personal consumptions and the like).
• The Promotion is non transferable, non cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
• Mastercard and/or Agoda can change the terms & conditions at any time. The promotion can be suspended or cancelled at any point in time without prior notice.
• This Promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between Mastercard and the cardholder (payment facility, etc.), which is at Mastercard’s sole discretion and for which Mastercard is solely responsible and liable.
• In the event of any discrepancy between the English and local language version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
• Standard Chartered The Good Life® Programme General Terms and Conditions apply.
• In the event of any inconsistency between these Merchant’s Terms and Conditions and Standard Chartered The Good Life® Programme General Terms and Conditions, these Merchant’s Terms and Conditions shall prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency.
