18 Nov 2019-30 Nov 2021: Booking.com Promotion with OCBC

Terms and Conditions

• The promotion is valid from 18 November 2019 until 30 November 2021.
• Payment must be made with an OCBC Credit or Debit Card.
• Applicable for booking of merchant hotels at participating destinations and designated hotels made through a dedicated URL: www.booking.com/ocbc, cardmembers must provide consent to share their credit card details to Booking.com’s fulfilment partner for processing of the cashback by ticking on the consent box.
• Not eligible for bookings made through the Booking.com mobile app or www.booking.com, cancelled, “no show” cash payment and bookings with changes to the credit card details after the booking was processed.
• The cashback is only applicable for room charges only. Other fees and charges, including but not limited to taxes, service charges, food and beverage, or room service charges will not be eligible for the cashback.
• The cashback will be calculated based on the original booking value in Euros and will be credited in Euros, subject to foreign exchange charges. Should any amendments be made after the booking, the cashback will be adjusted accordingly and will be calculated based on the latest booking value.
• In the event of a cancellation or refund of the booking made through the OCBC Credit or Debit Card under or pursuant to this Agreement, the cashback will not be awarded.
• The cashback will be credited to customer’s card account within 65 days after completion of stay at the accommodation.
• Not valid in conjunction with other discount, membership privileges, promotions or vouchers.
• Discount, vouchers and privileges are not exchangeable for cash, kind or other goods and services.

• OCBC and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the conditions of this promotion without prior notice.
• OCBC shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of any product/service. Notwithstanding anything herein, OCBC shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any product or the deficiency in any service provided, and/or any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of any product/service by any person.
