Terms & Conditions

• SAFRA members and 11B cardholders can book the facility over the customer service counter of SAFRA Mount Faber.
• All SAFRA members and guests using the Work Room have to comply with the SAFRA Management Measures stated below.
• All SAFRA members and guests using the Work Room have to comply with the set of Work Room Rules.
• Promotion is only valid for bookings made for the usage period of 1 to 31 Jul 2021. The facility is available for same-day booking.
• All bookings are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
• Not valid with other promotions, privileges, discount cards and promotional vouchers, whichever is applicable.
• SAFRA reserves the right to amend/append/withdraw the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Safe Management Measures

Please kindly adhere to mandatory enhanced safe distancing measures and group size restrictions.

• With effect from 17 May 2021, SafeEntry check-ins to SAFRA clubs and facilities must be performed using the TraceTogether app or token.
• Only a maximum of 5 unique users are allowed per day.
• Access to the Work Room is strictly for paid users only. No unauthorised users are allowed.
• Members who made the booking are required to present and must produce a valid membership card/e-card for verification purposes.
• With immediate effect, members who have made bookings must complete a mandatory Declaration Form. Members must fully comply with all guidelines.
• Wrist tags will be issued upon completion of the Declaration Form. Issued wrist tags are non-transferable, and must be worn at all times during the session.
• There should be no mingling or mixing among users of different groups
• User/s within the facility, should observe safe distancing: 1M apart within the same group & 3M apart from other groups.
• Masks are to be worn at all times.
• Personal equipment should not be shared. Practice good personal hygiene.
• No loitering or waiting is allowed.
• SAFRA hereby reserves all discretionary rights to refuse admission to any person to the Club’s premises, or any thereof, without assigning any reason for such actions.
• Members who violate the above stated rules and regulations or do not follow instructions or order given by The Management will be required to leave the facility and can be banned from using the facility for a set period.
