Singapore Art Museum is having their Loading/Unloading. Responding to the exhibition’s proximity to the Tanjong Pagar port, P7:1SMA’s Loading/Unloading comes to life through a series of live activations taking place every Saturday.
The performers’ manoeuvres around the steel modules challenge the dominant narrative that man-made megastructures such as shipping ports are highly efficient, urging us to acknowledge the workers that prop up these systems.
