3. Promotion is valid for purchases made between 2 January 2021 to 27 June 2021 (both days inclusive) and visits from 7 January 2021 to 27 June 2021 during Universal Studios Singapore park’s operating days. Extension of validity if not permitted.
4. Promotion is valid for the purchase of dated Adult One Day Ticket, subject to availability.
5. Promotion is only valid for online purchase at www.rwsentosa.com/mastercard with payment must be made via a CIMB Mastercard Card, subject to availability.
6. Promotion is valid for purchases of up to 5 tickets per transaction.
7. Promotion is not valid with other discounts and promotions.
8. A valid SG Resident identification (NRIC / Employment Pass / Work Permit / Student Pass) is required for entry into parks.
9. Only one (1) retail voucher can be used per transaction with payment must be made via a CIMB Mastercard Card.

28. VIP Experience shall proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions (i.e. rain or shine) and there shall be no rain check nor refund made.
29. Participant must arrive at Universal Studios Singapore VIP Reception at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the VIP Experience. Failure to do so may result in the participant missing certain components of the VIP Experience.
30. Unless otherwise specified, no refunds or changes will not be allowed.
31. The price of the One-Day Ticket does not include separately ticketed events in Universal Studios Singapore.
32. The 10% Retail Discount on selected merchandise in Universal Studios Singapore cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
33. For safety purposes, child age 7 and below must be accompanied by a participant age 18 and above at all times during the VIP Experience.
34. Participant under the age of 18 will require their parent or legal guardian to fill up indemnity form for their participation of the VIP Experience.
35. Participant must fulfill the appropriate height requirements and understand the safety recommendations for each attraction.
