How To Redeem:
Download mSAFRA app.
Click on top left-hand <Menu>, scroll down and go to <e-voucher> tab.
Scroll down the list of e-Voucher images in your <Wallet> and select the e-Voucher of your choice. Please note to redeem only when you are at the redemption counter.
Enter 4-digit code number provided by staff onsite. Flash “Voucher has been successfully redeemed” message on your screen to redeem your $5 Popular Gift Voucher.
Important Reminders:
1. Prior to redeeming, members are strongly advised to turn off WiFi on their smart devices as the participating outlet location’s WiFi may cause an interruption to the redemption process. Do also ensure that you have granted mSAFRA app to mobile data access/usage at all times to improve connectivity for redemption of e-voucher.
2. The interface of the <Wallet> stops near the halfway mark of the smart device. As such, to locate your e-Voucher in <Wallet>, scroll up the various e-Voucher images, without touching the black background of the screen.

Limited to 1 redemption per valid SAFRA member on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
E-voucher is strictly non-transferrable, non-refundable and will not be replaced once expired or utilized.
