ARRANGING FOR SELF-COLLECTION
Following the successful completion of a transaction, you will receive an email confirmation from Cathay Cineplexes together with the order details.
Cathay Cineplexes will message you via WhatsApp to arrange for your preferred self-collection appointment date and time.
Self-collection date and time must be confirmed at least 3 working days in advance.
You will receive confirmation from Cathay Cineplexes once self-collection date and time have been confirmed.
COLLECTION DAY
Present your email confirmation at our manned counter for verification to self-collect the Gift Box.
Please check the items before leaving.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The Customer acknowledges that purchase of the Gift Box constitutes acceptance of these Gift Box Terms and Conditions.
- There will be no same-day collection allowed. Self-collection is strictly by appointment only. Please arrange for your collection at least 3 working days in advance.
- Self-collection period will need to be between 17 Jan to 07 Mar 2022.
- Self collection timing will be between 3pm – 8pm.
- Cut off time to set self-collection date and time is before 12pm from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
- Strictly no changes are allowed after the self-collection appointment date is confirmed.
- Items in the Gift Box are redeemable in their entirety and may not be redeemed incrementally.
- Gift Box purchases must be collected by 07 Mar 2022.
- If the Customer fails to redeem the Gift Box by the confirmed self-collection date, the Customer shall have no further claim against Cathay Cineplexes.
- The Customer agrees that Cathay Cineplexes shall be entitled to collect, use and disclose any information and/or details provided by you for the purposes relating to self-collection of the Gift Box, including receiving direct communication to you.
- The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted, transmitted, or otherwise made available during the purchase or redemption of the Gift Box.
- No cancellation, refunds, or changes can be made once Gift Box is purchased.
