- Each GrabPay transaction must be at least $10. Limited to 2 GrabPay transactions per user, while redemptions last.
- A ride reward (‘$2 off your ride’) will be given via ‘My Rewards’ within the Grab app within 15 minutes of a successful transaction. Upon full redemption, the Ride Reward will not be awarded.
- The Reward will have to be used before the expiry stated in the Reward card, and can only be redeemed once.
- The Reward can be used on all transport services except Hitch and Shuttle. Standard booking fees and surcharges apply. Ride payment has to be made via GrabPay Credits.
