Terms and Conditions

• Offer is valid from 16 June 2020 to 31 December 2020.
• Room Voucher and F&B credits are valid for stays till 31 December 2020.
• Payment must be made with an OCBC Credit or Debit Card.
• All room booking must be made via Millennium Hotel’s brand website (www.millenniumhotels.com).
• Limited to one Room Voucher (Discount Code) per booking.
• F&B Credits must be used during the stay at the hotel’s operating restaurants before the guest check-out. Unused F&B credits cannot be used once guest check-out from hotel.
• Room Voucher and F&B credit can be used as part or full payment. No change will be given if cost of service is less than the value. All outstanding balance payment must be made using OCBC credit or debit card.
• The hotel reserves the right to reject voucher redemptions should the bookings be made from other sources.
• All Room Vouchers and F&B credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
• All Room Vouchers and F&B credits sold are non-refundable.
• The Room Voucher and F&B credits are valued in Singapore dollars and in the nett value.
• Room Voucher purchased from the selected hotel is only valid for redemption of room stays at the hotel selected.
• F&B credits cannot be used in conjunction with any existing promotions, offers, vouchers, promotional set menu, privilege cards, loyalty programs, in-house offers, functions, banquets or catering functions.
• F&B credits is not valid on eves of public holidays, public holidays and special occasions, unless otherwise stated.
• Prevailing restaurant terms and conditions apply for F&B credits.
• Restaurants, bars and facilities may be closed or limited as subjected to government regulations. Please refer to the hotels website for the latest updates.
• Millennium Hotels and Resorts will not be held liable for voucher(s) which have been stolen or lost.
• Merchant’s terms and conditions apply. Please contact the Merchant directly for full details.
• OCBC and the Merchant reserve the right at each of their absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion or vary, delete or add to the Promotion, or any of these terms and conditions, at any time without notice including without limitation, the dates of the Promotion and/or the Privileges applicable under the Promotion.
• Notwithstanding anything herein, OCBC shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any Privilege, or any goods and/or services relating thereto, and/or for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of any Privilege, or any goods and/or services relating thereto, by any person.
• OCBC shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any aspect of the Privileges, or any goods and/or services relating thereto.
• As between OCBC and OCBC Cardmembers, OCBC’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion, the Privileges, or the terms and conditions will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by OCBC. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Privileges, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
