Looking for an affordable way to stock up on fresh fruits for the family? U Supermarket is bringing shoppers a selection of fresh fruit promotions from 16 to 22 October 2026, with attractive prices on sweet melons, juicy grapes, jumbo persimmons, avocados and other popular fruits. Whether you enjoy having fruit for breakfast, preparing healthy snacks for the children or simply want to make your grocery budget go further, these limited-time offers are worth checking out.

The highlight of this promotion is the opportunity to enjoy lower prices when purchasing selected fruits in larger quantities. Some deals offer multiple pieces or packs at particularly attractive prices, making this a good opportunity for families, fruit lovers and anyone who prefers to keep fresh produce readily available at home.

Instead of buying fruits one at a time whenever the craving strikes, shoppers can take advantage of these bundle deals to plan their weekly groceries more efficiently. With the promotion available at selected U Supermarket outlets in Singapore, residents around Clementi, Yishun and Chua Chu Kang can look forward to a convenient way to shop for their fruit essentials.

Before heading down, here is a closer look at the fruit deals available during this promotional period.

Enjoy Sweet and Juicy China XL Hami Melon for Just $3.95 Each

If you enjoy sweet, refreshing fruit, the China XL Hami Melon is one of the deals to look out for. Available at just $3.95 each, this melon offers an appealing option for shoppers who want something delicious to serve after meals or enjoy as a refreshing snack throughout the day.

Hami melons are known for their sweet flavour and juicy flesh, making them a popular choice for anyone who enjoys chilled fruit. Once you bring one home, you can cut it into slices for the family, prepare a bowl of mixed fruit or keep some pieces in the refrigerator for a refreshing treat on a warm afternoon.

This offer is also worth considering if you are planning a family gathering or having friends over. A melon can be sliced and served easily, adding a naturally sweet option to the table without requiring complicated preparation.

At $3.95 each, it is a straightforward deal for shoppers who want to add fresh fruit to their grocery basket. Remember to choose a melon carefully and check its condition before purchasing.

China Shine Muscat Grapes: Get 2 Packs for $5 or 3 for $6

Grape lovers have another reason to visit U Supermarket during this promotion. China Shine Muscat Grapes, available in 500g packs, are offered at two different bundle prices.

Here is how the deal works:

• 2 packs for $5.00
• 3 packs for $6.00

The three-pack option is particularly attractive for shoppers who want to get more for their money. At $6 for three packs, the cost works out to $2 per 500g pack, compared with $2.50 per pack when purchasing two packs for $5.

That means shoppers who choose three packs save an additional $0.50 per pack compared with the two-pack deal.

Shine Muscat grapes are enjoyed for their sweet taste and convenient bite-sized shape. They are easy to serve at home, pack into lunchboxes or place on the dining table for everyone to enjoy. After washing them thoroughly, you can also chill the grapes for a refreshing snack.

If grapes are a regular item on your family’s shopping list, the three-pack deal may be the better choice, provided you can finish the fruit while it is fresh. For smaller households, the two-pack option is still available, so you can choose according to your needs rather than buying more than necessary.

Sweet Jumbo Persimmons: 4 for Just $2.95

One of the standout bundle offers in this promotion is the Sweet Jumbo Persimmon deal. Shoppers can get four persimmons for just $2.95, making it an appealing option for anyone who enjoys adding different varieties of fruit to their weekly grocery shopping.

Persimmons offer a naturally sweet flavour and can be enjoyed as a simple snack or served alongside other fresh fruits. Depending on the variety and ripeness, their texture can range from firm and crisp to soft and tender.

Buying four pieces in one go also makes it easier to share them among family members. You can keep some at home for everyday snacking and serve the rest after dinner or alongside breakfast.

As with other fresh produce promotions, it is worth checking the condition and ripeness of the fruit before buying. Choose the quantity that suits your household and follow the usual storage guidance to help keep your persimmons in good condition.

For shoppers looking to explore something different from their usual apples and bananas, this offer provides a good opportunity to add persimmons to the fruit bowl without spending too much.

Stock Up on Avocados: 3 for $2.95

Avocados are another fruit featured in U Supermarket’s promotional line-up, with shoppers able to get three for just $2.95.

They are a versatile addition to the kitchen and can be used in various ways, whether you prefer savoury breakfasts, sandwiches, salads or simple snacks. You can mash ripe avocado onto toast, slice it into a salad or combine it with other ingredients to prepare a quick homemade meal.

For households that regularly use avocados, buying three at a time can be a convenient way to plan several meals. However, it is worth checking their ripeness before deciding how many to purchase, as avocados may ripen at different rates.

If they are still firm, you can generally leave them at room temperature until they ripen. Once ripe, refrigeration can help slow further ripening. This can make it easier to enjoy the fruit over several days instead of having everything become ripe at the same time.

At three for $2.95, the offer is worth considering for shoppers who enjoy incorporating avocados into their regular meals.

More Two-for Deals on Blueberries, Sugar Prunes and Crispy Plums

The savings do not stop at melons, grapes, persimmons and avocados. U Supermarket is also featuring two-for deals on blueberries, sugar prunes and crispy plums.

These additional offers give shoppers more variety when planning their fruit purchases. Rather than buying the same fruit every week, you can use this opportunity to bring home a mixture of flavours and textures for the family to enjoy.

Blueberries are convenient for breakfast bowls, yoghurt toppings and homemade smoothies. They can also be enjoyed on their own after washing. If you like preparing quick breakfasts before heading to work, keeping blueberries in the refrigerator can make your morning routine a little easier.

Sugar prunes and crispy plums offer alternatives for shoppers who enjoy trying different fruit varieties. Depending on the specific fruit and its ripeness, they can be enjoyed as refreshing snacks between meals or served alongside other produce.

The exact prices and quantities for these additional two-for offers were not specified in the promotional information, so shoppers should check the in-store displays for the applicable deal details before purchasing.

With several fruit varieties included, this promotion makes it easier to mix and match according to personal preferences and household needs.

Why Should You Visit U Supermarket for These Fruit Deals?

There are several reasons to consider making a trip to U Supermarket between 16 and 22 October 2026.

First, the bundle offers can help stretch your grocery budget. Deals such as four persimmons for $2.95 and three avocados for $2.95 give shoppers an opportunity to purchase multiple pieces at a clearly stated promotional price. The Shine Muscat grape deal also rewards shoppers who choose three packs instead of two.

Second, the variety makes it easier to plan snacks and meals for the week. Having several types of fruit at home means you can offer different choices to family members, prepare breakfast more conveniently and reduce the temptation to purchase snacks outside.

Third, these offers may be especially useful for households with several fruit eaters. Buying multiple pieces at a time can be practical when the fruit will be shared among family members. Smaller households can still participate by choosing only the offers and quantities they are confident they can finish.

Finally, shopping at a nearby outlet can save you the inconvenience of travelling too far for groceries. With participating locations in Clementi, Yishun and Chua Chu Kang, shoppers in these neighbourhoods have several options to consider.

As with any fresh produce promotion, remember that availability and fruit quality may vary between outlets. It is sensible to visit earlier during the promotional period if you have particular fruits in mind, although stock availability is not guaranteed.
