One of our local hawker favorites, Kway Chap is a type of flat rice noodles that are rolled into squarish shape in pork five spices broth and eaten together with different parts of braised pig innards.
Thai-style Guay Jub usually have a peppery soup broth and eaten with roast pork slices and pig innards. We have then recreated Thai-style Guay Jub only in Beef and Chicken version to cater to the greater community.
Complementing the meal is our all-time-favorite Gula Melaka Pearls with Thai Milk Tea and Gula Melaka Pearls Fresh Milk, a classic favourite with a new twist of gigantic chewy Gula Melaka pearls.
