Terms and conditions
- Promotion period is from 15th January 2020 to 31st December 2020 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated.
- Under the Promotion, a new to ZALORA Citi Cardmember who charges to his/her Singapore-issued Citi Credit Card and Citibank Ready Credit Card in respect of purchases made at www.zalora.sg (“ZALORA Website”) or ZALORA app, and enters the promo code “CITINEW2020” at the checkout page upon payment, will enjoy additional 26% off on his/her purchases (capped at SGD40), from 15th January 2020 to 31st December 2020.
- Under the Promotion, a Citi Cardmember who charges a minimum of SGD100 to his/her Singapore-issued Citi Credit Card and Citibank Ready Credit Card in respect of purchases made at ZALORA Website or ZALORA app, and enters the promo code “CITI2020” at the checkout page upon payment, will enjoy 15% off their purchase, from 15th January 2020 to 31st December 2020.
- Citi Cardmembers who make online purchases at the ZALORA Website or ZALORA app, have to enter the Promo Code “CITINEW2020” or “CITI2020” upon checkout.
- Promotion is not applicable on items sold by sellers as set out at www.zalora.sg/faq-sellers/.
- Promotion is not applicable on certain excluded brands as set out at www.zalora.sg/faq-non-sale/.
- All uses of the Promo Code will be subject to the Terms of Service set out at www.zalora.sg/terms-of-service/.
- Citibank’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties.
