- This eGift Card is not valid for 3D, Tamil, Hindi, Special-Priced, Movie Marathons, Film Festivals, Special Previews & The Platinum Movie Suites tickets.
- This eGift Card is not exchangeable for cash in part or full. Strictly no extension of the expiry date reflected on this eGift Card will be permitted.
- No replacement or refund for this eGift Card will be provided if it is lost or damaged.
- This eGift Card is not valid with other promotions & discounts at Cathay Cineplexes. This eGift Card is not valid for internet, kiosk, group and corporate bookings* and must be presented at the box office or self serve kiosk for redemption.
- If digital movie eGift Card is redeemed for a rated movie, Cathay Cineplexes reserves the right to restrict entry to any person who is not in compliance with the relevant rating set by Info-communications Media Development Authority of Singapore (IMDA).
