Terms and conditions

1. Offer is valid from 13 January 2020 to 31 March 2021, except eve of and Public Holidays and special occasions, unless otherwise stated.
2. Events which fall under the category of special occasions are determined by the restaurant and are subject to change without notice.

4. OCBC Cardmembers must present the e-card on the My Millennium Mobile App to be able to enjoy the 30% discount.

6. My Millennium membership details must be shown prior to receiving the bill.
7. Valid for all participating restaurants under the Millennium Hotels and Resorts for dine-in only.
8. Not valid for functions, banquets or catering functions.
9. Prior reservations are highly recommended and subject to availability.
10. Offers are subject to service charge and GST.
11. Discount is only applicable to a maximum of 10 diners per bill
12. Discount is not valid for Set Menus, Promotional Item, Seasonal and Premium items.
13. Limited to one card per bill per table. No splitting of bill and table allowed.
14. Prior reservations are highly recommended and subject to availability.
15. Offers are subject to service charge and GST.
16. Payment must be made with an OCBC Credit or Debit Card.
17. Discount, vouchers and privileges are not exchangeable for cash, kind or other goods and services.
18. Not valid in conjunction with other discounts, membership privileges, promotions or vouchers.

20. OCBC reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the promotion or vary, delete or add to the promotion, or any of these terms and conditions, at any time without notice including without limitation, the dates of the promotion.
21. OCBC shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the promotion or any product/service relating to the promotion. Notwithstanding anything herein, OCBC shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any product or the deficiency in any service provided, and/or any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of the promotion, or any product/service relating to the promotion, by any person.
22. OCBC’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by OCBC. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
23. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and each participant in the promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
