– This Promotion is valid for vPost Singapore members for payment of standard air shipments from all 9 countries, USA, UK, Japan, Australia, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia (“Shop Globally like A Local with Citibank”) on www.vpost.com.sg, from 1st – 31st December 2021.
– The Promotion will expire on 31st December 2021, 11.59 PM, SGT.
– Have use the Promo Code and paid with a valid Citi credit card at the checkout page. The final amount after discount will be reflected before payment.
– Promotion is applicable only when payment during check out is made with a Citi Credit Card issued by Citibank.
– Unless otherwise stated, all promotion codes and promotions cannot be combined with any other existing promotions or discounts.
– Promo Code validity is valid for Citibank, promo code: CITI15.
– For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “vPost shipment bill” refers to the base and weight charges, and
– Fuel Surcharge for a shipment, excluding any applicable taxes.
– Unless otherwise stated, the Promo Code cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other existing promotions or discounts.
– ^“e-Voucher” means a voucher which is subject to the Merchants’ terms of use, which allows you (i.e. the Giveaways winner but not anyone else) to redeem it for the goods and/or services offered by that Merchant.
– The winners of the e-Vouchers will be notified via email and the Prizes will be sent electronically to their contact as stated in the member vPost profile. Only one customer is entitled to one Prize during the promotion period.
– All Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash, credit or any other items in part or whole. vPost may at its sole discretion at any time and without prior notice replace or substitute any prize with another prize of a similar value; the replacement/ substitute shall be selected by vPost.
– vPost accepts no responsibility for taxes, additional fees, or other liability that may arise from the -Promo Codes. vPost, may, at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, vary, modify, delete or add to these terms and conditions.
– In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
– These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Singapore and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

– *Under the Promotion, a Citi Cardmember will enjoy 15% off with no minimum spend on vPost shipments, except for Economy Shipping and Sea freight, created at www.vpost.com.sg, provided such transactions are charged to his/her Citi Credit Card.
– In connection with paragraph 2, Citi Cardmembers who create orders at www.vpost.com.sg have to enter Promo Code “CITI15” upon checkout, to enjoy the offer.
– Maximum discount is capped at S$1,250 per shipment.
– This Promotion is applicable only for base and weight charge and not applicable for fuel and other surcharges.
– This Promotion is valid for air shipments to Singapore only.
– Unless otherwise stated, all promotion codes and promotions cannot be combined with any other existing promotions or discounts.
– Discount, vouchers and privileges are not exchangeable for cash, kind or other goods and services.
– Neither Citibank, Singpost nor any of its subsidiaries shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in the goods or products being shipped, and/or for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the promotion by any person. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with third parties.
– Citibank’s, Singpost, Singpost’s subsidiaries’ and the relevant participating merchant’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at their discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
– Citibank and Singpost reserve the right to vary, modify, delete or add the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
– “Citibank” refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and “Singpost” refers to Singapore Post Limited.
