Good news for kaya toast lovers in Singapore! Ya Kun Kaya Toast is back at Sembawang Shopping Centre, bringing its familiar local breakfast favourites to residents and shoppers in the area. Whether you enjoy starting your morning with traditional coffee and kaya toast or prefer a comforting afternoon snack with soft-boiled eggs, this is a welcome opportunity to enjoy some classic Singaporean flavours.

To celebrate the opening, Ya Kun Kaya Toast is offering a special dine-in promotion from 13 to 15 October 2026. Customers who purchase any Value Set Meal can enjoy a FREE upgrade to a Large Hot Coffee or Tea. It is a simple but worthwhile treat for anyone who enjoys a traditional breakfast or wants to make their usual coffee or tea a little bigger without paying extra for the upgrade.

If you have been looking for a reason to revisit Ya Kun Kaya Toast, or you live around Sembawang and would like to try the newly reopened outlet, this limited-time offer is worth considering.

Enjoy a Classic Singaporean Breakfast at Ya Kun Kaya Toast

There is something comforting about a traditional kaya toast breakfast. The combination of freshly prepared toast, fragrant coffee or tea and soft-boiled eggs remains a favourite among Singaporeans who appreciate simple food with familiar flavours.

Ya Kun Kaya Toast has long been associated with this style of local breakfast. Its traditional kaya toast offers a combination of crisp bread, kaya spread and butter, creating a satisfying balance of sweetness and richness. Pair it with a cup of hot coffee or tea, and you have a straightforward meal that works well before heading to work, running errands or spending the day shopping.

Soft-boiled eggs provide another popular option for those who enjoy a savoury addition to their breakfast. With their smooth texture, they complement the crunchy toast and warm drink, making the meal feel complete without being overly complicated.

Now that Ya Kun Kaya Toast is back at Sembawang Shopping Centre, residents and visitors can enjoy these familiar favourites at a convenient neighbourhood location.

Get a FREE Large Hot Coffee or Tea Upgrade

The main highlight of this opening promotion is the complimentary drink upgrade available with every Value Set Meal purchase.

From 13 to 15 October 2026, customers dining in at Ya Kun Kaya Toast’s Sembawang Shopping Centre outlet can enjoy a free upgrade to a Large Hot Coffee or Tea when they purchase a Value Set Meal.

For regular customers, this is a nice little saving on something they might already order. Instead of paying extra to increase the size of their hot drink, they can take advantage of the opening offer and enjoy a larger serving at no additional upgrade cost.

It is also a good opportunity for coffee and tea lovers who appreciate having a warm drink alongside their meal. Whether you prefer traditional coffee with a robust flavour or a soothing cup of tea, the promotion gives you a chance to enjoy a larger drink while sticking to your usual breakfast routine.

Do remember that the offer is available exclusively for dine-in customers. If you intend to visit, plan to enjoy your Value Set Meal at the outlet rather than ordering it for takeaway.

The promotion runs for only three days, so customers who want to enjoy the complimentary upgrade should make arrangements to visit within the stated promotional period.

Why Visit the Sembawang Shopping Centre Outlet?

One reason to consider this promotion is its convenience for people living, working or shopping around Sembawang.

Sembawang Shopping Centre provides a neighbourhood setting where visitors can combine a meal with their usual shopping, errands or other activities. Rather than making a special trip to another part of Singapore for breakfast, those in the surrounding area can stop by Ya Kun Kaya Toast for a familiar local meal.

The outlet is located at 604 Sembawang Road, #01-20/21, Singapore 758459. It opens daily from 7.30am to 9pm, making it a convenient option for early risers, shoppers looking for a breakfast stop and customers who prefer a light meal later in the day.

If you are planning a morning outing, you could visit for breakfast before continuing with your daily activities. Those who prefer a slower start to the day can also make time for a relaxed dine-in meal with family or friends.

The complimentary large drink upgrade adds another reason to visit during the three-day opening promotion. It is an easy way to enjoy a little extra value from a meal you might already have planned.

A Good Deal for Regular Coffee and Kaya Toast Fans

Not every promotion needs to involve complicated spending requirements or a large minimum purchase. Sometimes, the most appealing deals are those that add value to everyday purchases.

This Ya Kun Kaya Toast opening offer fits that idea. Customers purchasing a Value Set Meal receive a complimentary upgrade to a Large Hot Coffee or Tea, allowing them to enjoy more of their preferred hot drink without an additional upgrade charge.

For regular Ya Kun customers, the promotion could make a usual breakfast outing feel a little more rewarding. For those who have not visited the Sembawang Shopping Centre outlet before, it offers a timely reason to drop by and enjoy the brand’s traditional local favourites.

It may also suit friends or family members who want to meet over a casual breakfast. Instead of arranging an elaborate meal, they can enjoy kaya toast, eggs and hot drinks in a familiar, relaxed setting.

As with any promotional offer, it is sensible to check the available Value Set Meals and confirm the applicable drink choices with the staff before ordering. The announcement specifies a free upgrade to Large Hot Coffee or Tea, but does not list every eligible set or any additional conditions.

Make Time for This Three-Day Opening Promotion

The most important thing to remember is the promotion period. The complimentary drink upgrade is available from 13 to 15 October 2026, giving customers a short window to enjoy the offer.

As today is 14 October 2026, there is still time to visit on 14 or 15 October if you have not taken advantage of the promotion yet. Since the offer is exclusively for dine-in customers, allow yourself enough time to sit down and enjoy the meal rather than rushing off with a takeaway order.

The outlet’s usual opening hours are 7.30am to 9pm daily, with the last order taken 30 minutes before closing. Visiting earlier in the day may be more convenient if you want to enjoy breakfast before work or other activities.

Before heading down, you can also check the original announcement for any updates or additional promotional terms.
