COVID-19 Tests

1. Available at Raffles Medical (Singapore) clinics.
2. Prior appointment is required. Tests will be done at Raffles Medical (Singapore) clinics.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. Payment must be made with an OCBC Credit or Debit Card.
2. Stated rates are in Singapore dollars and inclusive of GST.
3. Services are applicable at Raffles Medical clinics in Singapore, Raffles Health Screeners at Raffles Holland V, Raffles Hospital, Marina Bay Financial Centre and Shaw Centre, or Raffles Connect. Services are not applicable at Raffles Medical clinics at Changi Airport Transits.
4. Cardmembers are to present their OCBC Credit/Debit card upon registration at the clinic.
5. For health screening, prior appointment is required. Please quote “OCBC card member”.
6. For COVID-19 tests, prior appointment via Raffles Medical’s website is required. Please quote “OCBC card member”. If the COVID-19 PCR test is done for travel purposes, please check the testing window requirement and ensure the test is completed within the time frame for the destination country. Validity period of the test varies according to travel destination. If a re-swab is required due to inconclusive results, and a re-order or re-purchase the test is required, Raffles Medical is not liable for any additional costs incurred should there be any rejection from the airlines, embassies and authorities. Service is not applicable at Travel Testing Centre at Raffles Hospital. Raffles Medical’s general terms and conditions for PCR tests apply.
7. Unutilised items in the health screenings will not be replaced or refunded.
8. A doctor’s consultation is required for vaccination services. Stated rates for vaccinations exclude doctor’s consultation fees.
9. Stated rates are not applicable with other corporate programmes.
10. Stated rates and terms subject to changes without prior notice.
