Reservation has to be made on Chope’s app or website before you dine at your selected restaurant.
All Day Voucher is valid for 30 days from the time of purchase. No extension will be entertained.
Voucher is valid for dine-in orders only. Voucher is not valid for takeaway orders.
Multiple All Day Vouchers can be used during each visit.
Voucher is to be presented to restaurant host for validation before ordering. The restaurant has the right to refuse the use of vouchers if presented after the meal.
Vouchers purchased during dining session (after restaurant’s validation), is strictly not allowed for redemption.
Voucher is not applicable for promotions, discounts, offers, lunch/dinner sets, privileges, discount vouchers & purchase of gift cards, unless otherwise stated.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programmes, offers, discount cards, vouchers or tunglokfirst membership privileges, unless otherwise stated.
Voucher is not applicable for use during Public Holidays, Eve of Public Holiday, Eve of Chinese New Year and 15 days of Chinese New Year and Special Occasions (Valentine’s Day, Fathers’ Day etc).
Voucher is not cash redeemable and not replaceable if lost or stolen.
All vouchers will be used based on its full value. Any residual value of the vouchers are non-refundable.
