Terms and conditions
- The Promotion is valid till 31st October 2020 (date inclusive).
- Under the Promotion, a Citi Debit/Credit Cardmember will receive a SGD10 Dian Xiao Er return voucher (“Voucher”) with any spend at Dian Xiao Er restaurant outlets, charged to a Citibank Debit/Credit card, before service charge and prevailing GST.
- Voucher is valid for use with a minimum spend of SGD80 on total bill, in a single receipt, charged to a Citibank Debit/Credit card. Minimum spend requirement excludes service charge and GST.
- Voucher is valid for three (3) months from date of issue. Strictly no extension allowed.
- Valid at all Dian Xiao Er outlets. Visit www.dianxiaoer.com.sg/ for full outlet listing and addresses.
- Voucher may only be used on next visit. Original voucher must be presented.
- A maximum of 1 Voucher can be used per table, per bill, per visit. No splitting of bills and tables allowed.
- The Promotion will not be applicable on the eve of and on public holidays, unless otherwise stated.
- Promotion is not valid with other on-going promotions, discounts, vouchers, rebates, loyal programmes, set menus, unless otherwise stated.
- Voucher may not be redeemed for cash/gift vouchers and is non-refundable.
- Citibank’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with Dian Xiao Er.
- Citibank and Dian Xiao Er reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion.
- “Citibank” refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and “Dian Xiao Er” refers to Y.E.S F&B Group Pte Ltd.
