Terms and conditions
– Promotion is valid from 13 December 2021 to 13 January 2022, both dates inclusive.
– Payment must be made using a Citibank Credit/Debit Card to enjoy the promotion.
– Valid for prior reservation or pre-order of set menus (available from 14 January to 15 February 2022) made within 13 December 2021 to 13 January 2022.
– Available for Dine-in, Take-away and Delivery (not applicable for menus with Slow Cooked Herbal Chicken Soup and delivery via Whatsapp or hotline only).
– Reservations are deemed confirmed only upon the receipt of SGD100 non-refundable deposit payment for all Chinese New Year set menus.
– Not applicable with any other discounts or member privileges.
– Citibank’s and New Ubin Seafood’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
– Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at anytime be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with New Ubin Seafood.
– Citibank and New Ubin Seafood reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion.
