Lotteria-Singapore-First-Outlet-Opening 11–28 February 2026: Lotteria Singapore First Outlet Opening: Affordable Korean Burgers from $4 and Exclusive Kimchi Bulgogi Burger Promotion at Jewel Changi Airpor

Singapore’s food scene is no stranger to international brands, but every once in a while, a long-anticipated name finally makes its way here and stirs up genuine excitement. This February, burger lovers have something new to look forward to as South Korea’s cult-favourite fast food chain, Lotteria, officially opens their very first outlet in Singapore. From 11th February 2026 onwards, diners can finally experience what has made Lotteria a household name in Korea without hopping on a flight.

For those unfamiliar with the brand, Lotteria is no small player. With more than 1,600 outlets worldwide, particularly across South Korea, Japan, Vietnam and other parts of Asia, the chain has built a loyal following over the decades. Their menu is known for blending familiar fast-food comforts with distinctly Korean flavours, offering something a little different from the usual burger chains found locally.

Their Singapore debut takes place at Jewel Changi Airport, a location that already draws crowds daily thanks to its retail offerings and the iconic Rain Vortex. This makes it a strategic and fitting spot for a first outlet, especially for travellers, airport staff, and locals who enjoy dining in a lively, scenic setting.

One of the biggest highlights of this opening is affordability. In a time when dining out can feel increasingly expensive, Lotteria’s pricing stands out. À la carte burgers start from just $4, making it one of the more wallet-friendly options at Jewel. This alone makes it worth paying attention to, especially for students, families, and anyone looking for a satisfying meal without overspending.

The star of the launch is the Kimchi Bulgogi Burger, priced from $7.80. This burger has been created exclusively for Singapore, which adds a sense of novelty and makes it a must-try for curious diners. Built on Lotteria’s classic Ria’s Bulgogi Burger (from $7.20), this version adds stir-fried fermented kimchi for a tangy and slightly spicy kick. The combination is bold and unapologetically Korean. While the kimchi flavour may be strong for those unaccustomed to fermented foods, fans of kimchi will likely appreciate how it cuts through the sweetness of the bulgogi sauce, creating a more complex flavour profile.

Those who prefer something more familiar may want to start with Ria’s Shrimp Burger, also priced from $7.20. This has long been one of Lotteria’s signature items, and it is easy to see why. The patty is made with panko-battered shrimp and generously packed with visible chunks of seafood. It feels more substantial than many fast-food shrimp burgers and offers a pleasant texture contrast between the crispy coating and the juicy shrimp inside.

Another unique menu item is the Mozzarella Burger, priced from $12.50. This is the most expensive burger on the menu, but it is also one of the most distinctive. Layered with mozzarella cheese and a tomato-basil sauce, it resembles a pizza transformed into a burger. It is not an everyday choice, but for diners who enjoy trying unconventional flavours, it is worth experiencing at least once.

Beyond burgers, Lotteria’s side dishes deserve attention too. One standout is the Gangjung Chicken, starting from $9. This Korean-style fried chicken is coated in a spicy-sweet sauce that delivers plenty of flavour without being overwhelming. Impressively, the chicken retains its crispiness even after sitting out for a short while, which is not always the case with sauced fried chicken.

Classic sides like French Fries (from $3.50) and the Long Cheese Stick ($2.80) are also available. While these are best enjoyed fresh and hot, they complement the burgers well. Diners can also upgrade to Shake Shake Fries for $5.20, which come with powdered seasoning options such as Onion, Cheese and Mexican Chilli. This interactive element adds a bit of fun to the meal and allows diners to customise flavours to their liking.

For dessert, Lotteria offers simple but comforting options. The Cup Bingsu, priced at $5.90, features shaved ice topped with pineapple slices, red bean and vanilla soft serve. While it uses plain ice rather than milk-based ice, it works well as a light and refreshing treat, especially after a savoury meal. There are also Sundaes from $2.80 and Soft Serve Cones priced at just $1.50, making it easy to end the meal on a sweet note without spending much.

To celebrate their opening, Lotteria Singapore is running a limited-time opening special. With any purchase of a set meal that includes a burger, drink and fries, diners can redeem a free keycap keychain blind bag, while stocks last. This small but thoughtful freebie adds extra value to the meal and appeals particularly to collectors and fans of novelty merchandise.

The dining experience itself is another reason to visit. The outlet features mostly outdoor seating with views facing Jewel’s Rain Vortex. This creates a relaxed atmosphere that feels more like a casual hangout spot than a typical fast-food restaurant. Seating is limited, however, so it is likely to be crowded, especially during peak hours and in the first few weeks after opening.

Overall, Lotteria’s arrival in Singapore offers something refreshing. It may not aim to be gourmet or groundbreaking, but it delivers exactly what it promises: comforting fast food with a Korean twist at reasonable prices. For those who have tried Lotteria overseas, this outlet brings a sense of familiarity closer to home. For first-timers, it is an accessible introduction to Korean-style fast food without the need for travel.

Whether it is for the exclusive Kimchi Bulgogi Burger, the affordable pricing, or simply the novelty of trying a new international brand, Lotteria Singapore is worth checking out. It is a casual, fuss-free dining option that fits well into Singapore’s fast-paced lifestyle, making it an easy choice for a quick bite, a casual meal with friends, or a post-shopping refuel at Jewel Changi Airport.
