Terms and conditions

1. Cashback in Qmoney is only applicable for purchases on Qoo10 Singapore (www.qoo10.sg)
2.  Campaign period is from 10 – 13 December 2020, while stocks last.
3.  Promotion is limited to the first 1,000 eligible redemptions.
4.  Offer is valid for all OCBC Credit or Debit Cards, and is not transferable.
5.  Cashback is redeemable with payment made using an eligible OCBC Card upon checkout. Only direct OCBC Card checkouts qualify.
6.  Offers are not valid for payment via other payment modes such as AirPay, AliPay, Apple Pay, HelloPay, PayPal, Internet Banking, eNETS, Bank/ATM transfer, Samsung Pay, Masterpass, Visa Checkout and other payment methods, unless otherwise stated.
7.  Offers may not be used in conjunction with other promotions, in-house offers, discount cards, loyalty programmes and vouchers, unless otherwise stated.
8.  Qmoney/Qpoint used and Shipping fee will not be counted in minimum spend amount.
9.  Purchase on Qoo10 Gift Card, Qxpress delivery tickets, Pre-paid Top-up will be excluded from eligible order.
10.  Only one cart is eligible to be redeemed for each cashback event.
11.  A minimum spend of S$100 is required to qualify for Cashback in Qmoney.
12.  Only 1 round of Cashback can be redeemed per Qoo10 account in this campaign.
13.  Upon delivery of purchase(s) or redemption of E-ticket(s), eligible OCBC Cardmember has to apply for the cashback by clicking on the “Get Cashback” button on qoo10.sg/OCBC. Crediting of $10 Qmoney Cashback is immediate and on a first-come-first-served basis.
14.  Cashback will not be given for refunded transactions.
15.  Cashbacks are applicable for single use only and not exchangeable for cash. The cashbacks can be stacked with Qoo10 coupons and other shop coupons that are being offered by individual shop sellers.
16. Qoo10 Singapore reserve the rights to claw back either the $10 Qmoney from the customer if refund is made from the transaction(s) at any time.
17. OCBC is not the supplier of and accepts no liability for the goods and services provided by Qoo10.
18. Qoo10 Singapore and OCBC reserve the right to vary any of these terms and conditions, or to withdraw this Promotion, at any time in their discretion without prior notice
19. By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions, the User Agreement and the decisions of Qoo10 Singapore.

In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
24. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and each participant in the promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
