• It’s mandatory for all guests to wear a face mask while in the hotel public areas.
• Additional buffet breakfast is at RM58 nett per adult.
• Complimentary buffet breakfast for children age 4 years and below to a maximum of 2 children per family. The additional child will be charged at RM29 nett per child (5-12 years old).
• Duration for breakfast dining is limited to 45 minutes ONLY per seating/entry.
• Check-in time is from 3 pm onwards. Check-out time is at 12 noon.
• Premier Lounge services are not available until further notice.
• Booking are non-refundable if any cancellation.
• Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a no-show. 100% charge will be applied for No-Show booking.
• In unforeseen emergency circumstances, members are allowed to amend the arrival date within 24 hours prior to the actual arrival date with proof of documentation.
