The Work Room Terms of Use
- Each Guest has to be accompanied by a paying SAFRA member. Each group booking is no more than two users.
- The Work Room is restricted to a maximum capacity of 15 users each day.
- The member who purchased the Full Day Pass must be present and he/she must undertake a declaration form to register his/her details before use of the facility.
- No cross-mixing or mingling with other Work Room users.
- The Full Day Pass booking is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
- Wrist tags allocated are non-transferrable and must be worn at all times during use of the facility.
- No loitering or waiting is allowed. Access to The Work Room is strictly catered for registered users only.
- Bookings are on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Mask must be worn at ALL times.
- Please practise good personal hygiene.
- All users are to record entries and exits to/out of The Work Room with the SafeEntry system.
- Observe all other prevailing terms and conditions on use of The Work Room.
