Terms & Conditions

• Please present valid SAFRA card or e-Card in person upon sign-up.
• Discounts offered only entitled with minimum sign-up of 10 lessons for Enrichment and 8 Lessons for Tuition. Tuition discounts applicable to first 4 lessons.
• A starter kit fee for each student is applicable on top of the monthly course fee upon registration.
• Starter Kit Fee: $168 (Primary), $98 (Secondary).Non-refundable, yearly one-time fee (No deposit required).
• Not valid with other promotions, privileges, discount cards and promotional vouchers, whichever is applicable.
• Collection of personal data by Stag Match for this promotion is strictly for their own business requirements. SAFRA is not responsible for the collection, use and disclosure of the Personal Data by Stag Match for this promotion.
• SAFRA is not liable for any loss of personal data resulting from any provision of personal data by the individual to the merchant for the purpose of using their service or product.
• SAFRA is not an agent of the merchant. Any dispute regarding the quality or service standard must be resolved directly with the respective merchants. SAFRA will not assume any liability or responsibility for the acts of the merchants or any defects in products or services offered in the promotion.
• Stag Match reserves the right to amend / append / withdraw terms and conditions without prior notice.

• No Pro-rating. Full course fees payment should be made by CASH (at the front desk) or PayNow. (UEN :201429360C)
• Course fees payment MUST be made before or on every 1st lesson of the 4 lesson cycle.

STAG EXAM ACCESS & SUBJECT BOOKLETS.

• Booklet complimentary only applies to the semester attending per subject sign-ups. Stag Exam Access is only given to subject sign ups only.

REFUND POLICY

• All fees are non-refundable.

LATE PAYMENT POLICY

• A late payment fee of $2 per day will be imposed, if payment is made after2nd lesson of the current cycle.
• Additional Fees when enroll for more subjects.
• An administration fee is required for each student upon signing up for the first subject. It is also applicable for any subject which has been withdrawn and re-registered.
• (No payment received for 4 consecutive lessons / per cycle will be deemed as withdrawn).

CENTRE’S CLOSURE DAYS

• The Centre is closed on all public holidays and any other government declared public holidays. If the lesson falls on a day that the centre is closed, lesson will be postponed to the following week with no additional cost.

SCHOOL HOLIDAY

• Stag Match Education & Training Group curriculum is on-going throughout the year. Student will attend lessons as usual during the school holidays.
• Missing schedule lesson.
• There will not be any replacement classes if the student is unable to attend. You may collect the worksheets from the counter with prior arrangement.

• Stag Match tuition centre is an organization that respects privacy. In the application form, Stag Match Education & Training Group have requested for your personal information and your family members’ personal information where applicable.
• To enable Stag Match Education & Training Group to assist you effectively, the personal information Stag Match Education & Training Group have requested for may be collected, used or disclosed for the following purposes.
• General administration and services in relation to the running of the service(s), programme(s) or event(s).

CONDUCTING OF CHECKS WITH THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY

• Compliance with any legal or regulatory requirements.
• Marketing or offering of other services provided by Stag Match which may be of relevance or interest to you (where applicable) to your telephone number(s) (as set out in your application form provided by yourself and/or possessed by Stag Match by way of Voice call / phone call / SMS / MMS**. (Please circle where applicable).
• Any other reason that is reasonable in connection with the above.
• In Stag Match Education & Training Group endeavors to serve you holistically and effectively, Stag Match Education & Training Group may disclose personal information to their related entities or other third party service providers for the purposes stated above. Stag Match Education & Training Group will require these related entities and third party service providers to assure Stag Match Education & Training Group that the third parties will act in compliance with Stag Match Education & Training Group personal data obligations and keep personal information confidential.
• If you have provided your family members’ personal information, you confirm that they have been informed of the contents of this notice and have consented to the collection, use or disclosure of their personal information for the purposes stated in this notice.
• Do let Stag Match Education & Training Group know if there are changes to the personal information you have provided so that Stag Match Education & Training Group can update our records accordingly.
• Stag Match Education & Training Group will adopt appropriate security safeguards and measures to protect your photographs and video recordings from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification disposal or other risks. Please note that photographs and videos may be taken during our trainings/ programmes/ events for the purposes of reporting, news and publicity.
