This promotion is valid from 1 May 2021 to 31 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
a. During the Promotion Period, a S$5 promo code will be issued when a customer downloads and registers as a new user of the App for the first time.
b. First-time App download registrant scenarios that are not eligible for the S$5 promo code are listed below:
• Users who had previously downloaded and registered their mobile number in the App but have since deleted the App and re-installed the App and register using same mobile number.

The promo code is applicable to both Street Hail and Booking made via ComfortDelGro App
STREET HAIL – The users who STREET HAIL a taxi must use an in-App cashless payment mode with the “PAY FOR STREET HAIL” function (“Function”) in the App for their metered taxi fare.
Users must enter the Promo Code accurately into the ‘Tap for Promo Code’ field when pairing the trip in the App to redeem it. The validity of each redemption will be verified upon successful pairing of trip on the App.
BOOKING VIA APP – The users who book via the App must use an in-App cashless payment mode.
Users must enter the Promo Code into the “Promo Code” field in the App and submitted together with the booking for the ride to be entitled for the promotion.
d. The Promo Code is limited to ONE redemption per user and can be applied only once for each transaction in the App.
e. Multiple promo codes cannot be used at the same time for one single street hail trip.
f. The Promo Code will be deducted from the final fare upon trip completion. In the event that the final metered fare falls below the Promo Code value, no refunds of the balance will be made.
g. In the event that the trip is cancelled or if the passenger fails to turn up, the user is deemed to have forfeited the Promo Code. No replacement of Promo Code will be made.
ComfortDelGro Taxi reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the promotion or vary, delete, and add to any of these Terms and Conditions, including without limitation the date of the promotion, from time to time without prior notice.
