Our theme for this season is to live life to the full bloom – to embrace openness, genuineness and be purposeful. Hence, this March and April, we are bringing you some innovative delicacies that will intrigue your taste buds
Grilled Cheese Beef – Flamed to perfection, our succulent beef striploin are then wrapped around our delicious sushi rice and topped generousl y with cheese before being lightly grilled. This gooey and hearty dish is a must have for beef and cheese lovers.
Grilled Duck Liver – Want a bite of luxury? Better not missed out on our Grilled Duck Liver ! Our duck liver is gently seared to bring out its rich flavour while giving the buttery and creamy melt-in-your-mouth texture. Topped with ebikko, we can ensure you will be asking for more after every bite.
Kani Miso Kajiki – Topped with Kani Miso and our Kani Miso Kajiki is then gently seared to bring out the sweetness and mellow flavour of kani miso while enclosing the freshness of the kajiki (swordfish). A perfect blend of sweet yet well-defined flavour.
Garlic Butter Kuruma Ebi [March Exclusive] – Also not to be missed is Garlic Butter Kuruma Ebi (Tiger Prawn)! Glazed with Garlic Butter, this dish not only showcases the great texture and bite of the Kuruma Ebi but also how ts flavour melds perfectly with the aromatic garlic butter.
Sakura Mochi [March Exclusive] – A traditional dessert to celebrate the beginning of spring – our sakura mochi is made with deliciously chewy mochi and filled with cherry blossom paste. A must have in the season of cherry blossoms.
