• Valid for 60mins dining time only.
• Valid for buffet only and not applicable for add-ons, top-ups or ala carte items.
• Valid for one redemption per bill, per table.
• Valid for dine-in only, not valid for takeaway, private events or bookings of more than 2 pax.

20% off Thai Hot Pot Buffet

• Promotion is valid on Mon – Thurs only, except of PH, Special Occasions and their respective eves.
• Valid at both  SAFRA Toa Payoh and HomeTeam NS Outlet.
• Valid with min spend of $50 before GST and service charge.
• Valid for buffet only, and not applicable for add-ons, top-ups or ala carte items.
• Not valid in conjunction with other promotions, vouchers, discounts, and/or credit card privileges.
• Valid for dine-in only, not valid for takeaway, private events or bookings of more than 2 pax.
