Terms and conditions

Accommodation offer:

1. Applicable for new bookings via centarahotelsresorts.com/ocbc only.
2. Inclusion of breakfast depends on rate plan and individual hotel policy.
3. Depending on room configuration, up to 2 children under 12 years old can stay for free only when sharing existing beds with parents or when an extra bed is not required (except Maldives properties).
4. Additional breakfast surcharge is applicable for all children sharing existing bed with parents.
5. Surcharge may be applied for stays on weekends or public holidays.
6. Blackout dates may apply.
7. Rates are exclusive of service charge and prevailing government tax.
8. All reservations must be guaranteed with OCBC credit/debit card that is valid throughout the entire stay.

10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and each participant in the promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
