Crediting of SGD8 Qmoney Cashback is immediate, upon delivery of purchases or redemption of E-ticket, limited redemptions, on a first-come-first-served basis per Promo period.
Terms and conditions
– Promotion period is from 1 to 16 January 2022, 17 to 31 January 2022, 1 to 5 February 2022, 6 to 28 February 2022, 1 to 11 March 2022 and 12 to 31 March 2022 (both days inclusive), while stocks last.
– *Under the Promotion, a Citi Cardmember who charges a minimum of SGD60 to his/her Singapore-issued Citi Credit Card and Citibank Ready Credit Card in respect of purchases made at www.qoo10.sg (“Qoo10 Website”) or Qoo10 app, will be eligible to receive SGD8 Qmoney Cashback.
– To receive the SGD8 Qmoney Cashback, the eligible Citibank Cardmember has to apply for the cashback (by clicking on the “Get Cashback” button on www.qoo10.sg/citibank event page upon the delivery of his/her purchase(s) or redemption of E-ticket(s). Crediting of SGD8 Qmoney Cashback is immediate, upon delivery of purchases or redemption of E-ticket, limited redemptions on a first-come-first-served basis.
– To utilize the SGD8 Qmoney Cashback, the eligible Citibank Cardmember has to charge to his/her Singapore-issued Citi Credit Card and Citibank Ready Credit Card in respect of purchases made at www.qoo10.sg (“Qoo10 Website”) or Qoo10 app. Citibank Cardmember may refer to the redemption guide set out at www.qoo10.sg/citibank event page.
– Promotion is valid for limited redemptions from 1 January to 28 February 2022, 17 January to 16 March 2022, 1 February to 31 March 2022, 6 February 2021 to 5 April 2022, 1 March to 30 April 2022, 12 March to 11 May 2022 respectively.
– Promotion is valid for one time redemption and usage per Citi Cardmember in a single cart purchase, and payment made using with a Singapore-issued Citi Credit Card or Citibank Ready Credit Card.
– Promotion is not valid with Qoo10 or Qcoin Gift Card purchase.
– Limited to 1 redemption per Promotion period per Citi Cardmember only.
– Citibank’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
– Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Qoo10.
– Citibank and Qoo10 reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
– “Citibank” refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and “Qoo10” refers to Qoo10 Pte Limited.
