1 Jan-31 Dec 2022: Din Tai Fung Return Voucher Promotion with OCBC

1. Payment must be made with a valid OCBC Credit or Debit Card for both voucher issuance and redemption.
2. Offer is valid from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022, with the exception of eve of PH and PH.
3. Valid for dine-in & takeaways only, while redemption last. Not valid for online ordering or orders made through delivery platform.
4. Valid at Din Tai Fung Singapore only.
5. Limited to issuance of one voucher per table per bill.
6. Not applicable with other promotions, discounts, offers and/or privileges.

Voucher Redemption Terms and Conditions:

1. Voucher is valid for in-store takeaway or next visit dine-in only; with min. spend of S$58 (before GST & service charge) with a valid OCBC debit or credit card.
2. Present original voucher upon ordering, valid for one-time use only.
3. Voucher is not exchangeable for cash, or other items.
4. Torn/defaced vouchers will not be accepted.
5. Limited to one voucher per table per bill, multiple vouchers are not allowed in a single redemption.
6. Any unused amount will not be refunded.
7. Voucher is not applicable with other promotions, discounts, offers and/or privileges.
8. Voucher can be used together with landlord vouchers, Din Tai Fung dining vouchers.
9. Voucher is exclusively for use at Din Tai Fung Singapore only.
10. Voucher expiry date varies according to the month of issuance.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. OCBC reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the promotion or vary, delete or add to the promotion, or any of these terms and conditions, at any time without notice including without limitation, the dates of the promotion.
2. OCBC shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the promotion or any product/service relating to the promotion. Notwithstanding anything herein, OCBC shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any product or the deficiency in any service provided, and/or any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of the promotion, or any product/service relating to the promotion, by any person.
3. OCBC’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by OCBC. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and each participant in the promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
