Terms & Conditions

• Please present valid SAFRA card or e-Card in person upon purchase.
• Not valid with other promotions, privileges, discount cards and promotional vouchers, whichever is applicable.
• Urban RC reserves the right to invalidate the offer if customer ignores our instruction and uses the equipment in a manner which will likely in result in damage to the equipment provided.
• Urban RC reserves the right to stop play in the event of inclement weather or a wet track.
• Once play has started, Urban RC is not obliged to offer any compensation should play not be allowed to continue at the stated time due to inclement weather, wet track or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Urban RC will not be liable for any injuries resulting from improper use of the equipment.
• Urban RC reserves the right to amend / append / withdraw terms and conditions without prior notice.
• SAFRA is not an agent of the merchant. Any dispute regarding the quality or service standard must be resolved directly with the respective merchants. SAFRA will not assume any liability or responsibility for the acts of the merchants or any defects in products or services offered in the promotion.
