- All reservations must be made in advance, prior to arrival and is subject to availability.
- Blackout dates apply. Minimum night stay apply at selected Serviced Suites.
- Reservations must be guaranteed and paid with a valid Citibank Card. The same Citibank Card must be presented upon check-in for payment.
- Amendment and cancellation is subject to Hotel’s guarantee and cancellation policy.
